Reservations:
- Reservations may be placed by submitting the order form available at SeasideRentalNeeds.com. Orders may also be placed by phone at (508) 349-7100, fax at (508) 349-7120, or by mail:

- There is a $25.00 minimum order on weekly rentals.
Submitting you order:
- Order form must be filled out in its entirety.
- Incomplete order forms will delay any rentals.
- Orders must be placed at least 3 weeks prior to your arrival.
- Orders placed less than 3 weeks prior to arrival are subject to availability.
- Orders placed the same day needed will be charged an additional $10.00 fee.
- Payments:
- Payment in full due upon time of booking.
- By Credit Card:
- Your card will be charged accordingly upon the booking of your order (see "Payments" above.)
- By Check or Money Order :
- Your order will not be processed until we receive the deposit.
- Please enclose a copy of the confirmation email with your payment.
Pick Up & Delivery:
- Packing errors or problems in general must be reported within 24 hours of pickup/delivery in order to receive a replacement or credit.
- Items can be delivered upon availability (fee applies). Please contact us for arranging a delivery.
- All items arranged for delivery will be delivered to the rental address specified on the order form. We guarantee delivery by 6:00pm on the day of your arrival.
- Full crib setup: If you are not at the house when the crib is delivered, the crib will be setup in the room you request. We must confirm this location prior to your arrival. A $25.00 charge will be incurred if you request that we return and move the crib to a location other than that specified prior to arrival.
Returning Rental Items:- Items can be delivered upon availability (fee applies). Please contact us for arranging a delivery.
- All items arranged for delivery will be delivered to the rental address specified on the order form. We guarantee delivery by 6:00pm on the day of your arrival.
- Full crib setup: If you are not at the house when the crib is delivered, the crib will be setup in the room you request. We must confirm this location prior to your arrival. A $25.00 charge will be incurred if you request that we return and move the crib to a location other than that specified prior to arrival.
- All items must be returned by 10:30am on the day of your departure to either location. Items returned after this time will charge a $25 late fee. Items not returned will be charged their full replacement cost.
- All baby equipment rented must be wiped down and free of all food and crumbs.
