Can items be rented for less than 1 week?
Rentals are for a minimum of one week. If you have a special request we may be able to accommodate you - please contact us.
How early should I place my rental order?
The earlier the better since our rentals are filled on a first-come-first serve basis. To ensure the availability of rental items, order early.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking if the order in over $150.00, or if your order is placed under 3 weeks prior to your arrival. If the order is under $150.00 then your card will be charged a 50% deposit upon booking, and the remaining 50% will be charged to your card 3 weeks prior to your arrival.
How will I know the items will be available?
Availability will be guaranteed on orders that are placed at least 3 weeks prior to your arrival. However, orders will be accepted up until the day of your intended arrival. (Late orders unfortunately can not be guaranteed.) Upon the receipt of your order request, you will be sent an email confirmation of the items you are requesting.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept money order, check, Mastercard and Visa.
Can orders be placed by fax using the printable order form?
Yes, mail-in and fax orders are accepted as well as phone orders. Our fax number is (508) 349-7120.
